For the Last 5 years there has never been a dull moment. I remember the day very well, at our 8 week appointment hearing that we would be having twins. What a miracle! Then at week 20 hearing that they were both boys. And while we still aren't completely sure if they are identical or fraternal, we do know one thing; they are a gift from God. I cannot even begin to imagine life without these precious boys. They bring such life to me and I hope I return to them a simple glimpse of Jesus. I know God better because of them. I trust in the Holy Spirit more now than 6 years ago. I am incredibly more reliant upon Jesus because of Dylan and Brody. They are my best teachers. They convict me of my need for Christ. I have learned gentleness, kindness, goodness, and love from them. They've challenged me to patience, self-control, and faithfulness. And now I can exude joy and peace. I love them deeply and long for the day when their lips confess Jesus as their Lord.
So Here are my Five Favorites things of each.
Dylan:

Each year I have had a special prayer for these boys. At each birthday I add another phrase. So on their 5th birthday this is their new prayer:
