I don't think it really matters how or what you pray, just have a conversation with God. You may not receive everything you pray for, but God longs for conversations with you.
Some may read this and because of life circumstances or because they never have before; they don't know what to pray. If you need words to pray, pray this.
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the Kingdom, the power,
and the glory, forever! Amen!"
Be blessed in prayer today!
P.S. If you live in or around Conway and can come, join me at the Courthouse steps in Conway at 11:30am. The ministerial alliance has a program for National Day of Prayer. We can join as a community in prayer and meditation together.
